  • We will process your personal data in order to run advertising campaigns (with or without) prizes, to maintain an active relationship in the community, with our customers and with people interested in the Volta X portfolio of products and services.

  • In these situations, the personal data that we can process are: name and surname, gender, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, home and/or residence address, occupation, as the case may be.
  • We will process your personal data in order to carry out and promote cultural, musical, entertainment events, etc., to maintain an active relationship in the community, with our customers, with visitors and/or people interested in the products and services Volta X.
  • The grounds for processing personal data are represented by: our interest in promoting Volta X products and services and the various actions we undertake in the community; your consent.
  • In these situations, we capture photo/video images of people in public at the events organized by us and there is a possibility that these images will be published on our websites and/or on the related pages of social networks and/or in the press. If you do not want to be caught in these images, please exercise this right by contacting the people making the recordings in time and/or sending us a request to destroy the image in which you were caught or to limit its future processing.
  • We will process your personal data in order to promote Volta X products and services, the campaigns and events we organize and/or the actions we undertake in the community, as well as to improve your experience in the future.

  • We will process your personal data in order to analyze your profile and level of training, to communicate with you during the recruitment process, as well as to conclude and/or execute the individual employment contract and/or internship , as the case.
  • The grounds for processing personal data are represented by: our interest in determining how well you fit within the Volta X company; concluding and/or executing the individual employment contract with you and/or the internship, as the case may be; your consent.
  • In these situations, the personal data that we can process are: name and surname, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, completed studies, professional experience, other data provided in your C.V. as well as any other relevant information that we may request from you in this regard.
  • We will process your personal data in order to improve the user experience, as well as to resolve your requests.
  • The grounds for processing personal data are represented by: our interest in improving the content of our website and related social media pages; our interest in knowing your opinion and preferences, as well as to improve the user experience when accessing our website and related social media pages; solving your offer requests (sent through our website); solving your requests to be recruited within Volta X (sent through the website - www.VoltaX.ro); the resolution of your notifications and complaints (sent via the website and/or related social media pages); your consent.
  • In these situations, the personal data that we can process are: cookie identifiers, username and profile photo, photos published through the website and/or related social media pages, name, surname, address e-mail, telephone number, data contained in your CV, as well as any other relevant information that we may request from you in this regard.
  • We will process your personal data in order to defend our rights and interests (as well as those of any person affiliated with VOLTA X) before the courts, bailiffs, notaries public, other public authorities or institutions, arbitral tribunals, mediators and/or other public or private bodies that resolve disputes, our lawyers, consultants or other natural or legal persons, public or private, who are involved in the respective negotiations and/or disputes.
  • The grounds for processing personal data are represented by: the fulfillment of our legal obligations and/or the defense of our rights and legitimate interests, as the case may be.

The personal data we process can be collected both from you and from external sources (business partners, authorities and/or public institutions, etc.).

If you send us personal data about other people, please inform them in advance about the purpose, basis and other necessary information about how you process their data and make this information available to them with regarding how Volta X Solar Systems processes their personal data and/or direct them to www.VoltaX.ro, to read this information. When appropriate, we will inform the respective persons about how we process their personal data.

4. NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can choose not to provide us with certain types of personal data. If you choose to do so, this may lead to the impossibility of entering into and/or performing certain contracts with you, may affect our ability to provide you with the requested services, to respond to your questions/reports/requests or to send you certain communications and your ability to use certain applications and/or services or their functionality and features. However, your choice not to provide such data will have no legal consequences for you in most cases.

5. RETAINING PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

The retention period of your personal data varies depending on the purposes for which we process it and the category of data.

In certain situations, the processing period will be indicated in the document that we make available to you on the occasion of data collection and/or granting your consent.

In all these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the recipients of the data process it in conditions of security and confidentiality, in accordance with the purpose for which it was transmitted to them and respecting your rights and interests.

We do not transfer and do not intend to transfer your data to companies, organizations or individuals in third countries or to international organizations.

If there is a need to transfer data concerning you to any of the recipients mentioned above, we will inform you in advance about this aspect.

8. NON-EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKINGPROCESS

VOLTA X SOLAR SYSTEMS does not adopt decisions based solely on the automatic processing of data concerning you that produce legal effects regarding you or that affect you in a significant way.

  • RIGHT OF ACCESS means that you have the right to obtain a confirmation from us regarding the processing or not of personal data concerning you; if we process your data, you have the right to access that data as well as any other information regarding the manner in which it is processed.
  • THE RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION allows you to obtain the rectification of your data that we process, if this data is inaccurate.
  • THE RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY refers to your right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as your right to obtain the transfer of such data to a other personal data operator.
  • THE RIGHT TO OBJECT is your right to object to the processing of your data, except where the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal purpose.
  • THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT allows you to obtain the restriction in certain cases of the processing of data concerning you.
  • THE RIGHT TO DELETE DATA ("THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN") means that you have the right to request the deletion of data concerning you in certain cases (e.g.: the data are no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and processed; you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; the personal data have been processed unlawfully; the personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation, etc.).
